Track & trace
All shipments will be shipped with track & trace. The track & trace information will be added as a note to the order together with the completion email. Important: track & trace emails will be generated after the packages have reached/scanned at DPD/DHL premises. All customers are responsible to provide a valid email address. Because the order completion email contains the track & trace link, it could occur that these emails will be redirected to the customer’s spam section of the email account.

Shipping prices will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. Prices are based on the customer’s location and product quantity. Orders above €100 will include free shipping.
DHL Service Points
If expect that no one can receive the package at your house, orders can be shipped to DHL Service Points as well. All packages will stay 7 days at DHL Service Points: after this period of 7 days the package will be send back to Pouch King. Refunds cannot be claimed if the package are sent back to Pouch King.
Returns of goods
Orders can be returned to Pouch King if products are damaged, partially missing or if the customer isn’t satisfied. The customer has to notify Pouch King within 14 days after order completion to receive a refund. Any costs of returning shipments have to be paid by the customer. The customer will be responsible of the returning goods until the returning goods has reached Pouch King premises. Returns can be send to our address: Závodní 3361, 415 01 in Teplice, Czech Republic.
